Title 1, Section 112a: amended. Inserted subsection (b) in section 112a of title 1 requiring the Department of State to make unpublished copies of certain international agreements and qualifying non-binding instruments available on request.
Title 1, Section 112b: rewritten. Rewrote section 112b of title 1 to require monthly written reports to congressional leaders and committees on international agreements and qualifying non-binding instruments, including texts, authorities, and other listed information.
