Title 11, Section 101(18): amended. Replaced "$3,237,000" with "$10,000,000" each place it appears in section 101(18) of title 11.
Title 11, Section 101(10A): rewritten. Rewrote subparagraph (B) in section 101(10A) of title 11 to split the inclusion and exclusion rules into clauses (i) and (ii) with listed exclusions.
