Title 17, Section 802(b): amended. Struck “3” in section 802(b) of title 17, so the Chief Copyright Royalty Judge must hire full-time staff members.
Title 17, Section 802(e): rewritten. Replaced paragraph (2) in section 802(e) with a single pay rule for staff members appointed under subsection (b).
Title 17, Section 803(e)(1)(A): amended. Struck “3” in section 803(e)(1)(A) of title 17, removing the reference to three staff members appointed under section 802(b).
